Parents & Guardians
If your family is new to the district, follow the instructions below to register your child in Orange County Schools. If you have questions, contact us at (919) 732-8126.
District lines can be irregular so the best way to determine which school your child will attend is to call the Orange County Schools Transportation Department at (919) 732-2531 or click here to enter information which will help you determine the correct school for your child.
Note: Orange County Schools has one year-round elementary school, Hillsborough Elementary. Parents who live anywhere within the Orange County School district may apply for their children to attend Hillsborough Elementary, though transportation is provided only for a small area. The application period opens in January.
