Mrs. Kruse is Cedar Ridge High School's Media Specialist. She has been a librarian for six years. She's been with Orange County Schools four of those six years. Mrs. Kruse received a Bachelor's Degree in English Education from the University of North Carolina- Chapel Hill; a Masters in Reading Education from University of Bridgeport, CT.; and a Masters of Library Science from North Carolina Central University.

In her free time she likes to travel, read on the porch, and enjoy nature.

Kelly Riley, our Media Assistant, joined the Cedar Ridge staff in February, 2006. She is a native of Hillsborough and has been employed with SunTrust Bank for the past four years. Her greatest interests are church and family. When Mrs. Riley is not working at Cedar Ridge, she stays busy with 3-year-old daughter Kari and her husband Gary.

When asked why she wanted to come to Cedar Ridge, Mrs. Riley replied, “I just heard it was a great place to work, and I really wanted to learn something new.” With Kari approaching kindergarten age, Mrs. Riley also wanted a closer relationship with Orange County Schools. Cedar Ridge students and staff are happy to welcome Mrs. Riley to our Red Wolf family.
