The goal of the Orange County Schools Maintenance Department is to provide students and staff a safe, healthy and pleasant environment that will support, stimulate and enhance the educational process, provide superior standards in the operation and maintenance of school buildings and grounds, promote the highest standards of professionalism among its personnel, and to lend its cooperation to educational institutions and civic bodies with educational objectives.
The Orange County Schools Maintenance Department maintains 1,234,639 square foot of building space and 418 acres.
